To the right of Look in: click on the down arrow to locate the directory containing the
files you wish to open.
The backgrounds provided on this website would be
located in a directory similar to the example shown below:
C:\PowerPoint Photos\
4 Seasons\Summer\
B)
Highlight the file with the background you wish to use, and click on
the Open button.
Below is an example of the Welcome Slides file name:
su_welcome SU01.ppt
